Burlington...WE DID IT!!! Thanks for the YES votes!!!!

We are a strong and able community.  We love our kids and our schools.  Whether we were born and raised here, relocated to raise our families, or chose to retire here in the beautiful Skagit Valley, we are proud to call Burlington our home.

Now more than ever we needed the strength of individual community members working as a whole on behalf of our schools.  The Burlington Edison Bond Campaign committee assembled a team of parents, students, teachers, administrators, advisory council members, business owners, and community leaders to focus on getting out the message. 

We encouraged you to ask questions, attend the scheduled local town hall meetings, or invited you to have a committee representative speak to your group or organization.  We welcomed your emails, phone calls and letters.  We wanted to do all we could to clarify misconceptions and to deliver the truth about the issues that our district was facing and the importanct of passing our school bond.
